Julio Paez
CEO & Founder
Born in the city of Cordoba Argentina.
Graduated as Business Administrator from the Blas Pascal University of Cba, with a Master
Degree in Corporate Finances from the UCEMA University of Buenos Aires.
Julio has an extensive career of more than 20 years in the world of corporate administration and finance. Since 2014, he has managed investment portfolios of real estate assets in much of the South Florida area. His main focus is on identifying investment opportunities and managing the performance of those assets.
He is currently the main director in charge of the development and construction of Evvo House Hotel, a project that consists of the development of an international brand hotel located on a privileged location facing the Miami bay.
Cristian Martin
Director
Born in the city of Cordoba, Argentina.
Cristian is a renowned real estate development businessman who has dedicated most of his life to identifying investment opportunities and developing real estate assets. He is currently the main partner responsible for the company Polo 52 located in the city of Cordoba, it consists of a comercial property of 375 Acres where the largest industrial, logistics and commercial pole in the interior of Argentina was developed.
In addition to this project, Cristian is the creator and the main partner in the development called Infinito Open, this project, also located in the city of Cordoba, consists of an open mall with more than 500 commercial stores, an Arena Dome with capacity for national and international events for 10,000 people,an Xtreme park with Olympic dimensions to hold international competitions whether it be skiing,snowboarding, bmx, among other sports. Finally, a gigantic water park with capacity for 12,500 visitors.
Federico Tarquino
Director
Born in the city of Cordoba, Argentina.
Federico has been mainly linked to the wholesale industry for most of his life, having
contributed substantially to the growth of the business started by his family. At the end of 2010, his wholesale family company Tarquino, which at that time already had more than 300 associated retail stores, was sold to the Makro group, part of the Dutch group SHV Holdings.
From that moment to date Federico has been investing and managing real estate ventures mainly in Argentina and since 2015 expanding his horizon to the South florida market.
