Polo 52

Construction of Polo 52 Parque Industrial began at the beginning of 2017, the property has more than 130 hectares, of which about 120 are destined for the industrial area and the rest for the establishment of logistics, commercial and service companies. Today there are 80,000 m2 built between industrial buildings and two commercial plinths, offices and dependencies. Towards the end of this year, a further 18,000 m2 will be built.
The property has a total of 240 lots, of which 75% have already been sold and, in terms of services, it has 24-hour active and passive security, controlled access, a 3-meter-high perimeter wall, a water network, a fire network with a reservoir of 400,000 liters of water, gas, and industrial electricity, as well as 13,000 linear meters of internal streets and avenues.
